Lead Times

Order production times are separate from shipping times. Custom packaging orders are produced as fast as 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping takes an average of 5-7 business days after production based on your location. We are currently experiencing delays with our shipping carrier which may add 1-3 business days to the shipping estimate.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not currently offer shipping discounts or flat rate shipping prices.

Delivery Areas

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We are able to ship to residential and commercial locations, but we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your custom packaging has been produced, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 3-5 business days for your tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received shipping updates within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@prattbox.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping/Delivery Issues

Shipping issues include a missing package or damage to the product during transportation. If your tracking number has not yet updated and is still pending, please allow 3-5 business days for your tracking number to update before reaching out.

In order to be eligible for a refund review for a missing package, please take the following steps:

  • Check that your shipping address is correct
  • Check around your home or with neighbors
  • Check for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Contact the carrier
  • Check and confirm that it has been 30 days since receiving your tracking number
